Which platforms can I post to?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. You write one post and adjust it per platform before it goes out — a video on YouTube, a Short on TikTok, a text post on LinkedIn, a thread on X.
Is EarnedPost only for video creators?
No. It finds the LinkedIn posts and X threads beating their author’s average just like it finds videos, and writes posts, threads and carousels in your voice. Many people use it only for LinkedIn and X.
Do you post anything without me?
No. Nothing is published until you press post or schedule it yourself.
How does the thumbnail generator use my face?
You upload a few photos of yourself once. They are only used for your own thumbnails, never shared, and you can delete them at any time.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
There’s a 7-day free trial of Creator, with no card: 50 AI credits, the Viral Library, publishing and analytics — enough to find an outlier, make your version, post it and see how it did. Nothing is charged when it ends. There’s no free plan; paid plans cancel anytime, and yearly gets two months free.
Can I answer comments from EarnedPost?
Yes. Comments from your YouTube, X, Instagram and Facebook accounts land in one list, and you can reply right there — with a suggested answer in your voice if you want one. LinkedIn personal posts and TikTok don’t let apps read comments, so those stay on the platform.
Can I see which posts bring sign-ups or sales?
Yes, with tracked links. Put one in a post and EarnedPost counts the people who click it; add one line to your site and it also counts the sign-ups and sales those clicks turn into. Everything shown is measured, never estimated.
Can I A/B test my thumbnails?
Yes. Make an A/B set — three thumbnails in deliberately different directions — and EarnedPost walks you through YouTube’s own Test & Compare, then records the result. Over time it shows which ideas, faces, words and title shapes win on your channel.
What is an outlier?
A post that did far better than its creator usually does. 2M views from a channel that averages 40k is a 50× outlier — the idea won, not the audience size. Those are the ones worth learning from.
Is there a Chrome extension?
Yes, and it’s free. It shows the outlier score, views, engagement and exact post time of any video or post you open on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and X — plus YouTube dislike estimates and the real date on LinkedIn posts. With a plan it scores every thumbnail, breaks down any profile and saves outliers to your library in one click.
Can I put a guest or a co-host in my thumbnails?
Yes. Besides your own face pack, you can save up to 12 people per brand — a guest, a co-host, someone the video is about — each from one to three photos, and put up to two of them in any thumbnail or image. You confirm you have the right to use their photos when you add them.
Can EarnedPost cut my long videos into clips?
Yes, two ways. Let the AI pick the best moments, caption them and write the post (1 credit per minute of video), or cut them yourself in the timeline cutter for free. Either way you can fix the captions, add a hook and a logo, and export 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9.
Can my team or my clients use it?
Yes, on Business: up to five brands, each with its own accounts, voice, face pack and library, and up to five teammates. Editors’ posts wait for an admin’s approval, and you can send clients a live report link.
What are AI credits?
Creator includes 300 credits a month and Business 1,500. Each generation uses credits: a set of titles or hashtags is 1, a LinkedIn post or X thread is 2, a script is 5, and a thumbnail is 3 — 10 for a set of four, or 30 in HD or with your face. Unused credits do not roll over, and you can top up at any time.
