Terms of Service

01Your account

You must be at least 16, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your login details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account and on the brands you own.

On Business plans you can invite teammates. You’re responsible for who you invite and what they do in your brands; their use counts against your plan, and they spend your credits.

02Acceptable use

Use EarnedPost only lawfully and in line with the terms and community guidelines of every platform you connect. Don’t use it to spam, mislead, impersonate others, harass, or publish content you don’t have the right to publish, including music you aren’t licensed to use.

Don’t use the face pack with photos of anyone but yourself or people who have given you permission. Don’t try to generate sexual content, content about minors, or content designed to deceive (fake endorsements, fake news).

Don’t probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits. We rate-limit and may block networks that abuse it.

03Your content and AI output

You own the content you create with EarnedPost. You give us a limited licence to store, process and publish it only to provide the service to you.

AI output can be wrong, similar to other people’s work, or unsuitable. Check it before you publish — you are responsible for what goes out.

Posts in the Viral Library belong to their creators. Use them as inspiration, make your own work, and don’t download, re-upload or copy other people’s content. Library scores and predictions are EarnedPost’s own estimates, not platform metrics, and don’t guarantee results.

04Connected accounts and platform terms

When you connect a platform you authorise us to act for you within the permissions you grant. We publish only what you or your team schedule or post, with the settings you choose (for example the audience of a TikTok or YouTube post, and whether it is commercial or made for kids). You are responsible for those choices being accurate.

EarnedPost uses YouTube API Services. By using EarnedPost’s YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google’s Privacy Policy is at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

By posting to TikTok you agree to TikTok’s Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/terms-of-service/en) and Music Usage Confirmation (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/music-usage-confirmation/en), and for branded content its Branded Content Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/global/bc-policy/en).

Posting to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or X is also subject to Meta’s Terms (https://www.facebook.com/terms.php), Instagram’s Terms of Use (https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870), LinkedIn’s User Agreement (https://www.linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) and X’s Terms of Service (https://x.com/tos).

Platforms change their rules and APIs, and some features depend on their approval. If a platform limits access, some features may stop working for it. You can disconnect any account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what that deletes.

05Plans, credits and billing

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Each plan includes AI credits every month (yearly plans too). Unused monthly credits don’t roll over. Top-up credits don’t expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value.

If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically. Refunds of payments are at our discretion, except where the law gives you a right to one.

If you move to a smaller plan, brands, teammates or accounts beyond its limits become read-only until you remove them or upgrade again.

06Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or others at risk, and cancel their plan; where we can, we’ll tell you why.

07Availability and liability

We work hard to keep EarnedPost available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. We may change or remove features, and will tell you in advance of changes that materially affect paid plans.

To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost reach, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

08Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll tell you before it takes effect.
