Delete your data
Your whole account: sign in, open Settings → Profile, and choose “Delete my account”. This cancels your plan and deletes your brands, posts, AI history, face pack and connected accounts. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.
One connected account: Settings → Connected accounts → Disconnect. We revoke our access on the platform where it allows it (YouTube and TikTok), and delete the tokens and the data we pulled from that account right away.
From Facebook or Instagram: in Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find EarnedPost and remove it. We delete the Page and Instagram connections that came from your login automatically, and Facebook gives you a confirmation code you can check on this page.
From Google (YouTube), TikTok, LinkedIn or X: revoke EarnedPost’s access in that platform’s settings (for Google: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Our access stops immediately, and the account and everything we stored from it are deleted within 30 days. Disconnect it in EarnedPost to delete it right away.
Can’t sign in? Write to hello@earnedpost.com from the address on your account and we’ll delete it within 7 days. See the Privacy Policy for everything we keep and why.
